This eye-catching shake is so healthy and at the same time it’s so delicious. It’s creamy and sweet, but not too sweet. This recipe makes enough for 1 large shake or 2 smaller ones. This is a great shake to prep by adding all the ingredients to a plastic bag and freezing it. This makes morning routines run smoothly.
In a high-speed blender, add the almond milk, banana, spinach/kale mix, apple, kiwi, maple syrup (or sweetener) and ice. Blend until the shake reaches desired consistency. Add to a tall glass and enjoy!
Note: feel free to experiment with different milk alternatives or even coconut water for a more refreshing taste.
