
In a high-speed blender, add the almond milk, banana, spinach/kale mix, apple, kiwi, maple syrup (or sweetener) and ice. Blend until the shake reaches desired consistency. Add to a tall glass and enjoy!
Note: feel free to experiment with different milk alternatives or even coconut water for a more refreshing taste.
This shake is great after a workout or during the summer months when you need a refreshing drink that is packed with vitamins and minerals.
