Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

In a large bowl, add the flour, baking powder, salt, olive oil, and club soda. Mix until well combined, then add 2-3 tablespoons of water until dough has formed together. Once dough comes together, dump it into a greased loaf pan. Top with butter slices.

Bake in the oven for 55 minutes, until golden brown. Best served hot. This bread will freeze well too.
