Add diced chicken to a large bowl along with chopped apples, onions, celery, raisins, walnuts, and pickles and mix well to fully combine the ingredients. Add the freshly squeezed lemon and mix.
Next, add the mustard, mayonnaise, and yogurt and stir. Last, add the dill and mix to fully incorporate it into the salad. Alternatively, use some fresh dill.
Allow it to sit in the fridge about an hour. Enjoy!
