This is a quick and easy shake for a busy morning. It’s become one of my favorite go-to breakfasts. Feel free to add in flaxseeds, chai seeds, or even protein powder. Blueberries are a superfood and packed with antioxidants. Wild blueberries are even healthier than regular blueberries and are highly concentrated in flavor. Choose those if you can find them!
In a high-speed blender, add the milk, bananas, berries, almond butter and syrup along with a handful of ice.
Blend until you reach desired consistency. Pour into tall glasses and enjoy. I love this shake so much!
