The success of this salsa is all in the preparation. Pulsing in a blender instead of chopping the tomatoes is how salsa should be made.
Pulse 1/2 tomatoes with 1/2 jalapeño, and 1/2 the garlic. Pulse 10 seconds just to break everything up. It’s should be very runny and no large pieces of tomato. Add the mixture to the bowl. Repeat with remaining tomatoes, jalapeño, and garlic. Add it to the bowl.
Add the onions, cilantro, oil, and lime juice and mix well. Salt to taste. Use for dipping with tortilla chips or add onto your tacos. This dip does not disappoint.
