As you know, I am a social media influencer for Dose & Co. for a long-time now. I absolutely love their products! The non-flavored collagen I add it to my coffee every morning AND to my shake after a long work out. I hope you try it. Use code: DOSEMARY for a discount. The protein powder I use, changes as new products come on the market. Currently, I really like KOS vanilla flavored protein powder (not sponsored) and recently have been using the pea protein by Whole Foods.

In a high-speed blender, add the milk, banana, collagen & protein powder, peanut butter or tahini, maple syrup, chai seeds, vanilla, and add a good shake of cinnamon, ginger, and pumpkin pie spice, and a hint of both nutmeg and cardamom. Last, add the ice and blend until smooth. Add more milk as needed to loosen.

Top shake with more warming spices and enjoy!
