As you know, I am a social media influencer for Dose & Co. for a long-time now. I absolutely love their products! The non-flavored collagen I add it to my coffee every morning AND to my shake after a long work out. The collagen does a great job growing your hair and nails and strengthening your bones. I hope you try it. Use code: DOSEMARY for a discount. The protein powder i use, changes as new products come on the market. Currently, I really like KOS vanilla flavored protein powder (not sponsored).

In a high-speed blender, add the milk, banana, collagen & protein powder, tahini (try Tahini Goddess Tahini that is my friend Sally’s company), maple syrup, chai seeds, vanilla ( I like Casa Bella Vida), and add a good shake of cinnamon, ginger,  & pumpkin pie spice, and a hint of both nutmeg and cardamom. Cardamom has a very strong flavor. Last, add the ice and blend until smooth. Add more milk as needed to loosen.

Top shake with more warming spices and enjoy!
