Ingredients

  • 1 small container Cultured Cocunut Milk - vanilla flavored
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 lemon squeezed
  • 1/4 cup Blueberry Pomegranate drink by Naked
  • a squeeze of honey
  • small handful of organic blueberries (optional)
  • crushed ice

The combination of these two powerhouse fruits: blueberries & pomegranate, create a delicious and satisfying shake to start your day! Power-up before a work-out with this shake! You can add some fresh blueberries as well.

Directions:
We use the Nutrabullet especially for shakes. Blend in one whole banana, 1 container cultured coconut milk (it has a yogurt consistency), 1/4 cup of Blueberry Pomegranate Drink by Naked, a drizzle of honey, the juice from 1/2 of a fresh lemon, and some crushed ice. You can also add a few fresh organic blueberries. Blend it for one minute then stir it. The yogurt is very thick and tends to get stuck on the sides as does the honey.
