  • 1 pint organic blueberries
  • 1/2 organic lemon squeezed and lemon zest
  • 2 tablespoons salted & roasted pumpkin seeds
  • 1/2 banana sliced
  • 4-5 Norwegian seed crackers
  • organic honey

Powering up in the morning with a high protein breakfast is always my go-to! Here’s a delicious breakfast to get a jump start on your day!

Choose a cottage cheese you love, and be sure to take it out of frig right before serving so it remains cold. You’ll need roughly two cups in a bowl. Add to that a squeeze of lemon and some lemon zest along with a good drizzle of honey. Top with roasted and salted pumpkin seeds and add some blueberries in as well. Blueberries are a great antioxidant which are believed to have one of the highest antioxidant levels of all common fruits and vegetables.

Serve along with some seeded Norwegian crackers, hot coffee and some banana slices. This breakfast will keep you going all morning long. Great especially after a long workout!
