These is no doubt that fresh pasta is delicious, but it’s also a time consuming process and to produce a large quantity (I always seem to make large quantities of everything, after all I’m Italian!) takes a long time! So I opt for the pasta in the box for this recipe. I can tell you that if you follow this recipe you will not be disappointed, and your guests will be impressed and leave full!
