Mr. Potato head is a cute idea to make with the kids. Make a baked potato, then once it’s cooled a bit, add sour cream to the top, then shredded cheese (orange) on top of the sour cream, so it looks like hair, and broccoli florets as the ears and a carrot for the nose. Don’t forget the eyes! It’s fun for the whole family and everything is so healthy and nutritious. If you are watching your sugar level, then a yam is a better option because white potatoes are high in sugar, but they are still a great source of energy!
